Unwanted Goods

Please note, we do not have a free returns service.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of partly used items - they must be unopened and intact to be eligible for a refund.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at cobbydog@cobbydog.com to notify us of your intention to return the product(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, providing photographs of any damages to the external and internal packaging, so that we can evaluate the issue.  Please ensure that all packaging is retained until we have responded to you.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be  refunded through your original payment method.  Refunds can take up to three working days to appear in your bank.

Alternatively a replacement can be sent to you.
